This machine is improved on the basis of 186F carding machine according to the work principle of combined opening and scutching machine. The previous work step of this machine is a combined opening and scutching machine and the next work step is a doubling machine. This machine is used to comb cotton fiber and chemical fiber, shred and card the cotton roll from the previous work step or cotton (chemical fiber) layer fed by cotton chamber, remove impurity and mix it, namely that curved and blocky cotton lump is changed into basically straight single-fiber, and the broken seed, impurity and flock powder generated during clear cotton work step are removed. The basically straight single-fiber is processed into high quality cotton batting as quilt cover.
